The mechanism, material and circuit of laser light source technology have certain advantages over

2, special module structure, easy to split. For manufacturers, it is relatively simple to improve the brightness of civilian-level projectors, just install more laser diodes.
(3) Increased security. If the ultra-high pressure mercury lamp fails, it may explode and there is a certain potential safety hazard. The laser light source, solid-state mechanism design, will be melted down when it is unstable or overheated, and the power will be cut off by itself, which completely avoids hidden dangers.
Laser module energy-saving long-term
The mechanism, material and circuit of laser light source technology have certain advantages over traditional light sources, but what everyone is concerned about is the service life and power consumption of the light source.
Compared with the traditional light source, the power consumption of pure laser light source is greatly reduced, and the energy saving effect is obvious. Taking Mingji LX61ST as an example, the normal mode power consumption is only 187 watts, while the energy-saving mode power consumption is only 101 watts, which is equivalent to the power consumption of LED light sources.
Although mainstream business projectors support zero-second shutdown technology, there are still some differences with laser projectors. For traditional light source models, the shutdown can be turned off in zero seconds, but there is at least 1 minute of warm-up time when the light source is turned on, while the laser light source only needs 2 or 3 seconds. The characteristics of the laser light source in the switch machine are very similar to the LED light source.
It is undeniable that all light-emitting devices generate heat, and heat is the fatal source of loss of service life. At this stage, the laser light source of Mingji can reach 10000 hours of service life in normal mode and 20000 hours of service life in energy-saving mode. According to the official data provided by Mingji, the laser light source does not begin to have obvious brightness attenuation until 5000 hours later, and the brightness will attenuate by 40% after 14000 hours, but there is still nearly 60% brightness that can be used normally. Compared with the traditional light source 2000 lumens, the energy-saving mode has a 6000-hour limit life, and the advantages of laser technology are very prominent.
